Diversify Payment

Customers can select from a variety of payment methods, can even make a combination of them to increase their flexibility in purchasing their favorites at our shops. We welcome payment by Cash, EPS, Union, VISA, MASTER, American Express, Credit cards installment, etc. We would acquire and update more payment methods to facilitate customers shopping at Kuen Kee, feel free to enquire with our professional staff if the payment method is not listed here.

Installment Payment

To facilitate shopping in our shops, the following banks can provide “one-stop” interest-free* installment payment services (6 to 36 months) upon using their issued credit cards upon purchasing our products:

American Express, Bank of East Asia, China CITIC Bank International, Citibank (Hong Kong), Dah Sing Bank/MEVAS Bank, DBS Bank (Hong Kong), Hang Seng Bank, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, Standard Chartered Hong Kong (including MANHATTAN)


Installment Options


The banks would provide 6 to 36 months interest-free* installment payment for their selected credit cards holders. The banks providing these interest-free* schemes are subject to change from time to time, please kindly enquire with our professional staff to give you accurate details on these installment payment services.

*Banks offering interest-free installment schemes would charge administration and handling fee according to the installment amount and terms.



Warranty

We provide warranty to the following products sold at Kuen Kee:

  • Automatic / Mechanic Watches – 6 months warranty (including cleaning and lubrication ), replacement parts cost is extra #Δ
  • Wall Clocks and Table Alarm Clocks – 12 months Manufacturer’s Warranty, customers can contact the agent for handling and repairing
  • Jewellery – Customers can bring along the receipt, our professional staff would assist to give you a quotation and arranging repairing your valuable pieces.

# According to COSC: Average daily rate: −4/+6 second

Δ Chronograph watches are not under warranty.



Watches Trade-In

We provide:

  • Buyback, Trade-in & Barter in watches;
  • Professional market price evaluation;
  • Physical store and cash transaction - Fair and Just;
  • Exclusive buyback guarantee offers on the watches we sold^.

^Buyback guarantee is limited to Automatic watches sold at price above HKD$10,000 and according to current market price.

 

Procedures:

  1. Sellers bring the watches to our shop in person, we would evaluate such watches professionally and accurately according to the condition of the watches and the market price.
  2. Please bring along the original invoice of the watches so we can ensure the legitimacy of the watches. Kuen Kee has the right to reject the trading of any suspicious items.
  3. Any warranty certificates or cards of such watches are welcomed.
  4. All successful deals would be settled in cash.



Diamond and Jade Jewellery

We merchandise different sizes and different grades of diamonds for our customers, different kinds of gemstones and jade also available. Our jewellery is at high quality and reasonable price which is good for self-collection or as gifts to family and friends.

We also buy fine jewellery with diamonds above 1.0 carat (each stone), either with GIA/IGI certificates or not are also welcomed.


Procedures:

  1. Sellers bring the fine diamond jewellery to our shop in person, we would evaluate such jewellery professionally and accurately according to the condition of the jewellery and the market price.
  2. Please bring along the original invoice of the jewellery so we can ensure the legitimacy of the jewellery. Kuen Kee has the right to reject the trading of any suspicious items. β
  3. Any certificates or cards of such jewellery are welcomed.
  4. All successful transactions would be settled in cash.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.      How do I know if there are any stocks?

We have put our products online for your easy browsing, those products in stock will be marked with “現” in an orange circle and price will be listed. If the watch is not available, it will be marked with “缺”in a pink circle to indicate it is out of stock. the Our website is updated periodically to ensure the information accuracy.

 

2.      Any discount offers?

Customers are most welcomed to shop in person and negotiate.

 

3.      Do the watches come with Certificate or Guarantee card?

We have put our products online for your easy browsing, those come with certificates or guarantee cards will have “With Certificate” or “With Warrant Card” will be listed in the description.


4.      Is there installment payment available? Is it interest-free?

Interest-free installment payments are provided by the credit cards issued banks, such installment agreement is not related to Kuen Kee, we only provide a platform to facilitate customers to use the bank installment services. The credit card issued banks would charge you administration and handling fee according to the installment amount and terms onto your credit card.


5.      What if a trade is cancelled or refunded, how It would be handled?

Some products we sold can be refunded or exchange, however, any administration and handling charges in the original transaction must be beard by the customer.


6.      How do we do the trade? Any shipping services available?

All trades must be taken place in our shops to ensure safety. Apologized that we do not have shipping services for now.


7.      How be market price evaluation done on my watches or jewellery?

Please kindly bring along your watches or jewellery to our shops in person, we would evaluate professionally and accurately according to their current condition and market price. Apologize that we cannot offer accurate evaluation of your watches or jewellery over the phone or any other means, only evaluations done in our shops would be accurate and final.
